Ṛṣiśūra
Ṛṣiśūra, usually called Rishi, is an Aasimar Way of Mercy monk from Baldur’s Gate: a quiet battlefield healer, unarmed protector, and Realms-aware survivor shaped by false gods, planar extremes, and Ilmaterite discipline.
He is not a peaceful mystic. He is controlled. He knows the gods, factions, planes, monsters, spells, and old dangers of the Realms well enough to recognize threats early and help the party survive them.
Rishi stands between harm and the vulnerable because he knows what it means to be used, broken, and remade. Mercy is not softness to him. Mercy is discipline, timing, restraint, and, when necessary, decisive force.
In battle, force gathers around his strikes, necrotic energy moves through his harmful touch, and radiant life answers through his healing. He fights with brutal precision, not spectacle: the same hands that close wounds know exactly where to strike.
