Orentha Vale is the original author of The Art of Being Struck: a Sensate scholar from Sigil, the City of Doors, who treated hostile magic not as theory, but as something the body could endure, remember, and record.

She is an experiential witness, arcane diarist, and collector of dangerous sensations whose work made pain legible without making it holy.
